Personal Tax Return (SA100) Service, our fees are based upon the complexity of your return and the time spent by staff. If your return is very straight forward we may be able to offer you a fixed price, but generally many clients affairs tend to have many varied income sources and hence are fees are based upon time spent at varying rates dependant on staff level working on your matter.

The personal tax return service is fully detailed in our engagement contract, which is available upon request. The following is a brief summary of what is included in our service:

· Preparation of your income and capital gain tax SA100 return

· Preparation of supporting schedules to accompany the tax return

· Preparation of tax computations

· Checking of the Inland Revenue’s calculation of your self-assessment of tax and Class 4 National Insurance contributions

· Advising you as to amounts of income tax and National Insurance contributions to be paid and the dates by which you should make the payments, including payments on account and the balancing payment, and if appropriate we will initiate repayment claims when tax and National Insurance contributions appear to have been overpaid

· Advising you as to possible claims and elections arising from the tax return and from information supplied by you and, where instructed by you, we will make such claims and elections in the form and manner required by the Inland Revenue

· Dealing with the Inland Revenue regarding amendments required to your return and prepare any amended returns which may be required

· Dealing with all communications relating to your return addressed to us by the Inland Revenue or passed to us by you.

Please note that we will be pleased to assist with HMRC enquiries. All enquiry work is charged at our standard hourly charge rates unless we agree a different amount with you.
