Charles William is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor who has over 35 years of practical business experience and is an entrepreneur himself.

Client Communication and Delivery
We make ourselves continually available for zoom meetings and regular phone calls, ensuring you are guided as you need. We use the leading software, as used by the big four accountancy firms, to process work required, ensuring complete compliance and robust, regular updates. We also share our workings with you as we don’t take shortcuts.
We consider ourselves to be a digital practice and use our bespoke version of SmartVault, enabling e-secure intelligent storing of all your final data, meaning that you can access your data securely and from anywhere at any time. We also use Docusign, allowing you to effortlessly approve documents quickly and securely. We are a business partner of Xero and Dext, world-leading bookkeeping and receipt capture software.

Fees
We consider that our relationships with clients will be long-term, and as your business expands and occasionally contracts, we want our fees to to the same.
To make sure that our fees track with your business, we are agreeing fees for all services provided as a percentage of turnover (ranging from 2% to 4% plus VAT), which means when there is more revenue activity you will pay more and when a little bit more difficult for you, you’ll pay less.
We don’t want to burden your business, we want to grow it.
And if that doesn’t work for you, we can be flexible.
For activities such as personal tax returns we can bill these on a fixed fee basis or for more complex or time consuming services we can charge based upon a time spent basis.
